Working on re-establishing the site. Hopefully it will be cool. Been under the weather with really angry stomach buggies — lost ten pounds. Thought about things that make you fat… so I invented this. Not sure I am able emotionally capable of actually making it. Feel free to indulge.

crunchy peanut butter brownie sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 Box Brownie Mix +  Necessary Ingredients
1 Jar Skippy Natural Super Chunk Peanut Butter
2 Bags Chocolate Chips

instructions –

  1. Make thick pan of brownies in accordance with your boxes instructions. Make sure to use extra grease on the pan to ensure easy removal.
  2. Allow brownie pan to fully cool and remove whole pan of brownies, making sure to leave the whole pan intact.
  3. Place massive brownie in fridge for at least 1 hour. This will allow for easy cutting and quicker overall preparation.
  4. Cut brownie in half horizontally — similar to preparing a double layer cake.
  5. ‘Frost’ the bottom layer of your brownie with the peanut butter — use as much or little as you like.
  6. Place top brownie layer on top of the peanut butter forming a huge sandwich.
  7. Melt chocolate — microwave or double boiler works best.
  8. Pour about half the chocolate into a  freshly greased or non-stick pan (same size as your brownie pan) — making sure to work quickly, as to not let the chocolate cool.
  9. Place the massive brownie sandwich into the pan — making sure the brownie is fully pressed into the chocolate.
  10. Pour the other half of your melted chocolate over the top of the brownie — make sure the brownie is well covered creating a even layer across the top.
  11. Place brownie the the fridge for at least another hour.
  12. Wait as long as your can –cut and serve.
